Skylar's Aria Final-1.png

Simultaneously a coming-of-age drama, a college love story, and a deep exploration of faith amidst institutional, internalized homophobia, Muse follows a young woman’s journey to reconcile her sexuality and her religion, with an ultimately hopeful message of relentless bravery and self-actualization. In this opening aria, freshman poet Skylar considers her fear and excitement at starting college, and rejoices in the power she feels during the creative process.
